Before illness, I knew God as Provider. Protector. Guide. Comforter.
Through sickness, I came to know Him in a new way.
Jehovah Rapha. The Lord who heals.
Healing is often misunderstood.
People imagine it only as the disappearance of symptoms. Only as miraculous recoveries. Only as dramatic testimonies.
Yet healing can take many forms.
Physical healing. Emotional healing. Mental healing. Spiritual healing. Relational healing.
During my journey, I experienced each of these in different ways.
Not always when I expected. Not always how I expected.
But always in ways that revealed God's faithfulness.
My testimony is not merely that I survived.
My testimony is that God remained faithful throughout the process.
He sustained me. Strengthened me. Comforted me. And ultimately transformed my pain into purpose.
Today, when I speak of Jehovah Rapha, I do so from experience.
Not because every question was answered. But because every step revealed His faithfulness.
And that has made all the difference.
