A Letter to the Woman Who Thinks Nobody Understands

Dear Sister,

Loneliness can be one of the hardest parts of a health journey.

The appointments.

The medications.

The procedures.

The waiting.

The fear.

Many of these experiences happen behind closed doors.

And sometimes it feels as though nobody truly understands.

But I want you to know something.

There are women across the world who understand more than you realize.

Women who have cried in hospital bathrooms.

Women who have waited anxiously for test results.

Women who have worried about finances.

Women who have prayed for healing.

Women who have wondered whether they would ever feel normal again.

You are part of a sisterhood you may never have met. A community bound not by circumstance alone, but by resilience.

Please do not isolate yourself.

Reach out.

Join a support group.

Speak to someone you trust.

Share your story when you are ready.

Healing becomes easier when burdens are shared.

And sometimes the words "Me too" can be incredibly powerful.

You are not alone.

Not today.

Not tomorrow.

Not ever.

With love,

My Gynae Foundation
